Why Opticks use POSIX instead of OpenMP to deal with multi threaded algorithm?

I think the OpenMP is more convenient than POSIX.

When pthreads where first used in Opticks, OpenMP was not available.
It's also not available in the Express versions of Visual Studio. That
said, you can use OpenMP in your plug-ins without a problem, there are
others doing this so we know that it will work.
