It looks pretty good. There are a couple of minor issues. It seems that
the unofficial and developer release builds are not going to sort with
the nightly as expected. I don't think this will really be a problem
since we won't really need to sort those three kinds of builds.

Also, this fits well with the work on the new installer framework which
requires a strict ordering of releases.

Yeah, that's true the developer and nightly releases won't sort
properly, but I agree that we don't need that to work within a release.
Since I haven't heard anything from anyone else, we'll consider this the
new version scheme for Opticks moving forward.
